Muss die Linke den Staat erobern? Pierre Bourdieu war einer der einflussreichsten Sozialphilosophen in der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Seine Arbeiten war stark von Émil Durkheim, Max Weber und Karl Marx beeinflusst.

The second part of a longer interview with Pierre Bourdieu, recorded in Paris at the end of the 1990s, is about the state in the age of neoliberal capitalism. Who owns the state? Does the left have to conquer the state? Pierre Bourdieu (1930-2002) was one of the most influential social philosophers in the second half of the 20th century. His work was strongly influenced by Émil Durkheim, Max Weber and Karl Marx.
